Keeping Safe During COVID-19

To our valued clients,

Pets are family and we know how important it is for them to receive necessary care when they need it. During this time, we remain committed to serving the pets in our community while keeping the safety of our staff and clients a priority.

Currently, we are seeing patients for wellness visits, urgent care/sick visits, and technician appointments. We are also booking appointments for new puppies and kittens; however, due to the often time-sensitive nature of these appointments, we ask that you call to book 2-3 weeks prior to bringing your new pet home, if possible. Currently, our routine care appointments are scheduling 3-4 weeks in advance. Surgeries will continue to be booked based on the attending veterinarian’s recommendation.

As many of you who have visited us in the past few months know, we have also instituted “Curbside service” at our hospital to limit the number of non-staff members inside the building. We kindly ask:

  • Any clients interacting with a staff member must wear a mask.
  • When you arrive at our hospital, please stay in your car with your pet and call the hospital at 781-233-1340. If you are in the parking lot, DO NOT leave a message on our voice mail. Continue to call until a team member can answer your call.
  • Please notify our staff if your car is not equipped with air conditioning.
  • If you are picking up a prescription or food, we will process your payment over the phone and then bring your items out to you.
  • If you are arriving for an appointment, when you call the hospital one of our staff will find out the nature of your pet’s needs and will let you know the plan to bring your pet into the building while you wait in the comfort of your car. The doctor will examine your pet inside and then call you, create a plan with you and go over an estimate. At the end of your visit, we can process your payment over the phone and bring your pet back out to you.
  • If you are here for an appointment, please plan to stay in your car for the duration of your appointment, unless you have been instructed by one of our veterinarians that is OK to leave and return for your pet at a later time.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am-3:00 pm
Closed Sunday
