This was my first visit and everyone was SO NICE! From the receptionist, to the tech, to the doctor. Everyone was fantastic. I was instantly at ease. I knew my cat was in good hands.

Saugus Animal Hospital was awesome with my cat Smokey. They really care about the pets that people bring in which is very important. You want to feel that your pet is being cared for as if it were the doctors and nurses own and that's what Saugus Animal Hospital does. They were great. Highly recommended.
