About Saugus Animal Hospital
Saugus Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited, five-doctor practice that prides itself on offering the highest quality medical care to our patients and clients. We provide comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care along with a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. Additionally, we work closely with referral practices when special diagnostic procedures and treatments are required.
Our tight-knit staff of highly trained doctors and technicians works closely together to provide individualized care to every patient. We are certified Fear Free Practice to help our patients feel more comfortable during their veterinary visits.

Receptionist / CSR
We are now accepting applications for a receptionist/customer service representative position.
Do you have a winning personality and love interacting with people as much as animals? Our perfect candidate will be self-confident and possess the following skills: A desire to brighten peoples’ day, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines, attention to detail, excellent phone and computer skills, ability to work independently as well as working as a team. Previous service industry experience is a plus. Previous service in a medical or veterinary field is an added bonus.
Hours would include Saturdays and evening/closing (till 8pm) shifts.

We are always happy to receive resumes from qualified candidates.
Certification/license is required. Candidates must have a minimum of one
year experience in a veterinary hospital/clinic setting as a technician.
Must be experienced and comfortable in all areas of the hospital, including
(but not limited to) phlebotomy, radiology, surgery and dentistry. Candidates
must be able to lift 45 lbs safely, willing to learn and work closely
with other technicians, doctors and assistants. The right candidate will
also possess a positive attitude, great client communication skills and
be a self-motivating team player.
Pay will be commensurate on experience level. Hours for all positions will include some closing shifts (8pm) and rotating Saturday coverage.
