We mixed up the time of our 1st visit. The hospital was kind enough to call us, and allow us to arrive 30mins late to the appt. All without compromising our puppy's care during her 1st visit to the vet!!

Saugus Animal Hospital is awesome! The doctors & technicians have been so caring to my pets over the years. They explain all charges before I am billed. Very compassionate & gentle with my dog!! Great care!
