Dr. Angel Cassista, DVM

Dr Cassista is from the Nashua-Lowell area. She began working in animal care in 1999, and entered the veterinary industry in 2001. She skipped two grades in high school and was admitted to college at the age of 15. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Atlantic Veterinary College on Prince Edward Island in Canada in 2008. Doctor Cassista is a generalist, having spent many years working in preventive family medicine and also emergency and urgent care. Leading and supporting a team of doctors has been her dream for many years! She spends any spare time with her horses, who she is proud to now be sharing with her niece. She and Brian are owned by two horses and three house cats, but the wildlife who share her address also have names!
