Always have a good experience from the front desk, to the exam room; everyone offers thoughtful and caring support and work as a team. They help with insurance claims after the visit which is incredibly helpful of them.

In moving to a new community, I was quite concerned with finding a new veterinarian that I liked and that treated Pepper with the care and love that I give to her. I was very pleased with the doctor and all of the staff members that I encountered on this visit. Excellent experience for Pepper and myself. I have found my new Vet! Thank you.

Scheduling the appointment was easy via the web portal. Mimi was seen, treated in a timely manner and the staff was friendly.

Saugus Animal Hospital has been such a great place for us to bring our puppy for his wellness checks and vaccines. They are always so kind to our dog, Remington, and you can tell they all love and care about animals so much. We will be bringing our cat here in the future as well and recommend their pet care to others.

I can't say enough positive comments about Saugus Animal Hospital. From the Front Desk Staff, Technicians and of course, our Dog's Vet, Dr. Tedder. She is over the top with her care and professionalism. She got right back to us with our Dog's test results, and explained patiently so that we were able to understand all of them. Highly recommend this practice in Saugus for all of your pets.

The staff and doctors are very caring and great with my cat. Highly recommend!
