Everyone was so friendly and welcoming on our first visit. The doctor and tech were both very helpful and made sure we understood the medications and treatment plan for our pup.

It’s a great place to be

We brought my 16 year old dog Nala in for a checkup since she’s been showing signs of cognitive dysfunction and the veterinarian was able to prescribe her some medications to help with her conditions and give us more eye lube for her dry eyes and they even helped us clean her up after she had a couple accidents in the examination room too.

I am remiss in not writing this review sooner. The staff at Saugus Animal Hospital (Dr Bloom and her assistant as well as MaryJo and her coworker) are so dedicated to animal care and my husband and I are forever grateful. Yesterday our wonderful dog Bailey was euthanized and having never gone through this before, I did not know what to expect. The care Bailey received was like that of a human. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The staff at Saugus Animal Hospital is amazing. They are all so caring and kind. Our dog gets monthly allergy shots so we are there often and have never had anything but the nicest interactions.

Saugus Animal Hospital does a fantastic job every time I visit. Dr. Bloom is amazing — knowledgeable, compassionate, and someone I completely trust to take the best care of my dog. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to animals. I always feel confident knowing my pup is in such good hands.
